How do I connect my iPhone to my Mac?

Simply open Clicker on your Mac, enable it in the menu bar, then open the Clicker app on your iPhone and scan the QR code displayed. You'll be connected in seconds.

Which presentation apps are supported?

Clicker supports both Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint on macOS. Make sure your presentation is open before connecting. See the latest updates for new features.

Do I need to be on the same Wi-Fi network?

With the latest version, Clicker supports direct Bluetooth connection, eliminating the need for Wi-Fi or network connectivity.

Can I use the volume buttons to control slides?

Yes! Volume Up advances to the next slide, and Volume Down goes to the previous slide. This feature can be enabled in the app settings.

Is my presentation data secure?

Absolutely. Clicker uses a direct device-to-device connection. Your presentations never leave your devices and are not stored or transmitted through any third-party servers.

Troubleshooting Tips

Connection Issues

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices
  • Make sure Clicker is enabled in the Mac menu bar
  • Try restarting both apps if connection fails
  • Check that you're running the latest version on both devices

Presentation Not Responding

  • Verify that Keynote or PowerPoint is open and active
  • Make sure your presentation is in slideshow mode
